TL;DR - The Eufy X10 Pro Omni launched at 799 GBP and has been seen at 429 GBP on Amazon UK. It has 8,000 Pa of suction, AI.see obstacle avoidance and a dock that empties the bin, washes the mop pads and dries them. Reviewers praise the obstacle avoidance and the rotating mops and fault the fine-dust pickup and the 110 mm height.

Updated October 2026: An earlier version of this page called the obstacle system "AIVI 3.0" and the mop "OZMO Turbo", which are Ecovacs names, and quoted a 45-day bag, a 1,099 GBP price and a month of owner experience with a dog. Eufy's pages and two UK reviews give different names and numbers, so the page was rewritten from them. The star rating and the hands-on claims were removed because nobody on this site tested the robot.

What "fully automatic" actually means

The robot vacuum category feels solved for basic cleaning. The more useful question is how much you still do after it finishes: emptying the dustbin, washing the mop pads, cleaning the roller, filling the tank.

The X10 Pro Omni's pitch is that the dock handles most of that. It empties the robot into a 2.5 litre bag, washes the mop pads and dries them with 45 degree heated air. The drying is the part that separates a self-maintaining dock from one that leaves wet pads sitting overnight, since damp pads are what make a dock smell.

Expert Reviews times the drying cycle at about three hours and notes the fan is audible. If the dock sits in a living area, that matters more than any spec on this page.

Floor cleaning performance

Expert Reviews ran standard tests. Rice pickup was 98 percent on hard floor and 97 percent on carpet. Pet hair was 72 percent on hard floor and 93 percent on carpet. Flour was the weak spot, at 52 percent on hard floor and 43 percent on carpet, so a lot of the finest dust is left behind on a single pass. Ketchup took eight cleaning cycles to remove. Those are one site's tests, not a standard.

Both reviews praise obstacle avoidance. Trusted Reviews says the AI.see camera spotted and avoided a sock, a cable and a pet mess, and reported the findings back to the app. Expert Reviews calls the object avoidance superior and compares it with iRobot's, though it notes that the robot struggled with tougher tests.

Mopping: the good and the honest

Eufy's MopMaster 2.0 uses two rotating pads pressing down with 1 kg at 180 RPM, which is a scrubbing action rather than dragging a wet pad. Expert Reviews says the rotating pads significantly outperform drag-cloth designs.

What mopping won't do: replace hand-scrubbing for set-in stains. The ketchup test shows that. Treat it as maintenance mopping, not a deep clean.

The dock

Eufy gives the clean water tank as 3 litres, enough for two to three mop runs of a 1,500 to 2,000 square foot home. Expert Reviews puts the dock at 365 x 472 x 460 mm and calls it compact for the category. You need a wall and a power outlet nearby.

The dust bag figure depends on your household. Eufy's UK page rates it at 60 days for three people without pets, 45 days for one pet and 30 days for two. That's more useful than a single headline number, and it's lower than the 45 days an earlier version of this page gave for all homes.

App and navigation

The eufy Clean app covers room-specific cleaning and multiple floor maps. The weakness, according to Expert Reviews, is that it simplifies the map. That makes it harder to place zones precisely, which matters if you want no-mop zones around a rug.

Navigation uses iPath laser navigation. Neither source gives a mapping time or a threshold height, so don't plan around the 2 cm figure that an earlier version quoted.

The height problem

The robot is 110 mm tall. Expert Reviews says it can't fit under a kitchen cabinet with 100 mm of clearance. If your kitchen has toe-kick gaps or low furniture, measure before you buy. A robot that can't go under things leaves a line of dust along the cabinets.

How it compares at this price

Prices have moved a lot. At 799 GBP it faced stiff competition, and at 429 GBP it undercuts most hybrids with self-washing docks. I wouldn't pay launch price, but at the low end it's a sensible buy for a home with a lot of floor clutter. Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Eufy X10 Pro Omni clean carpet and hard floors?
Yes. Eufy says the mop pads lift 12 mm when the robot detects carpet. Expert Reviews measured 97 percent rice pickup on carpet and 93 percent for pet hair on carpet, but only 43 percent for flour on carpet and 52 percent on hard floor, so fine dust is the weak spot. Eufy lists 8,000 Pa of suction.
How often do you need to maintain the Eufy X10 Pro Omni station?
Eufy rates the 2.5 litre dust bag at 60 days for a three-person home without pets, 45 days with one pet and 30 days with two. The 3 litre clean water tank is enough to mop a 1,500 to 2,000 square foot home two to three times, according to Eufy. The dock washes the mop pads and dries them with 45 degree heated air. Expert Reviews says the drying cycle runs three hours and the fan is audible.
Will the Eufy X10 Pro Omni fit under my kitchen units?
Possibly not. Expert Reviews lists the robot at 110 mm tall and says it can't fit under a kitchen cabinet with 100 mm of clearance. Measure your plinth and furniture before you order.
Does the Eufy X10 Pro Omni work with Alexa and Google Home?
Eufy's UK page says it's compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The robot is set up and mapped through the eufy Clean app, which offers room-specific cleaning and multiple floor maps. Expert Reviews says the app simplifies floor plans, which makes it harder to place cleaning zones precisely.
